Who am I?
My name is Madeleine. I’m an aspiring author, researcher, adventurer, Gryffindor, history nerd, art and fashion enthusiast, and Game of Thrones fanatic. I have a good sense of direction and terrible handwriting. I’m addicted to Starbucks and will never say no to a walk in the woods. I’m left handed and appreciate whiskey.
What is this blog about?
I’ll be blogging about my journey to getting published – the things I’m learning, the things I’m struggling with. It has helped me to read other authors’ accounts of what it was like in the manuscript trenches, and I hope my experiences can help another aspiring author.
I’ll also probably mention bits of daily life in the time of quarantine.
